Armaggan hosted an exclusive summer reception at the unique historical beauty Armaggan Bosporus Suites located in Ortaköy and presented the Floral Jewelry Collection to the members of ‘’Spouses of the Consular Corps of İstanbul’’ (SCCI) founded by the spouses of the “Istanbul Consular Corps” (ICC), which consists of the career and honorary consulates in Istanbul.

The spouses of the consuls enjoyed a mellow presentation about the bosphorus and its historry by the professional guide Sinan Sökmen and then had the chance to view ARMAGGAN’s Floral Jewelry Collection, designed with a unique approach taking its inspiration from the beautiful regional flowers that has been a subject to myths and tales from Anatolia.

Hosted by the chairwoman of SCCI, wife of the Consul General of Australia, Nicole Strangis and the General Manager of Armaggan,  Ebru Karaçam, the reception made the invitees have a joyous day accompanied with live music and elegant treats and gave the chance of getting to know ARMAGGAN’s unique Floral Jewelry Collection, created by uniqe handcraftsmanship.

States of Material III, exhibition met with its audience at ARMAGGAN Art&Design Gallery, located in ARMAGGAN Nuruosmaniye store on June 11, 2015. Including artists and designers such as ZOOM TPU, Arman Suciyan, Yavuz Ergun, Nejla Güvenç, Neşe Çoğal, Güneş Özmen ve Tan Taşpolatoğlu, the exhibition focuses on the most essential element of the artwork and product; material.

The artist and the designer who do not know each other or have not produced a work together are paired to make a thing in the exhibition. They are not limited in any ways in terms of their work/product and are let completely free.

Produced as a result of 21 group and 7 individual practices, the exhibition involves works of artists and designers who use different materials, and techniques but share the same approach in art. Hosted by the collaboration of Art’ı Mekan Architecture and Decoration Magazine and Armaggan Art & Design Gallery, the second of Summer Season Art Exhibition is held between the dates of May 27- June 27 at Bamboo Park in Bursa.

Established to support the young artists and designers, ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery, hosted the seventh of its solo show series started on April 2014, between the dates of May 14 - June 6.

Nuri Iyem Award winner, young painter Sinem Kaya named her solo show “Once Upon a Time” in which she reflects the feeling of solitude of man experienced by imprisoning themselves in the so called more secure, more sterile and more modern places as a result of the ambitions, desires and the fears man learns through his life.

The young talent Koray; merges his views in design with his great craftsmanship in his skillful wooden compositions in his solo exhibition called “Buzdağı” which he draws much attention in his first exhibiton. Like an iceberg, right now we could only see what he wants to say from what he shows us.

ARMAGGAN Floral Jewelry Collection celebrating the arrival of spring combines colorful plants from all over Anatolia, extending from İstanbul to Caucasian, Bodrum to Hakkari the flowers with their enchanting beauty and heartfelt names from their thousand years of stories.

The rich historical heritage of Anatolia and its culture of  thousands of years came together in ARMAGGAN’S Heritage Jewelry Collection. Consisting of very precious 30 pieces, ARMAGGAN Heritage Jewelry Collection, was presented to Adana’s business, art and elite community with an exclusive reception.

Following ARMAGGAN’s Istanbul store, It was the first time that the exclusive collection was shown in Adana, The presentation, hosted by ARMAGGAN’s General Manager Ebru Karaçam, was accompanied with a conversation on “the use of accessories throughout history” by historian and travel writer Saffet Emre Tonguç. The designs, created after the meticulous  research of ARMAGGAN design team, took its inspiration from the important Anatolian traditions from architecture to craftmanship that lived through generations and civilizations.

The Heritage Jewelry Collection private event which was held at Adana HiltonSA, draw attention of jewelry lovers of Adana’s VIP society.

Founded to support the young artists and designers, ARMAGGAN Art&Design Gallery hosted two young and successful names on the sixth edition of the solo show series. The two shows, bringing together the works of the young sculptor Aysun Bozuklu and dynamic design team Naif Design, can be viewed between April 16, 2015 – May 9, 2015.
In her exhibition, Aysun Bozuklu, presented the world of a community of her own imagination. A community, that is trying to protect themselves and their territory from the war and evil in the outer world.

Naif Design, established in 2010, aiming to design durable and cheerful products, beileves in the soul of each product and reflects their stories. The design team, highlighting the eco-friendly and recyclable industrial materials in their production, explain their design motto as: “Since the first day, we are trying to position Naif as a movement with its own emotions, reactions, a soul and ideas rather then just a design studio.

ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery, hosted a preview of the Solo Exhibition Series, Aysun Bozuklu and Naif Design Exhibition, for members from SPOTArt&Education Project led by Tansa Mermerci. The private exhibition visit took place on April 14th between 11:30-13:30 with the participation of the artists and the presentation of the curator hosting 25 SPOT memebers.

Redefining Turkey’s cultural heritage for today, ARMAGGAN is participating in the  American Express World Luxury Expo in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia between March 11-13, 2015. The highly anticipated three day event, hosting the most luxurious brands of the world, will make a great platform for  ARMAGGAN to present its special handmade designs to a very exclusive audience.

Established to support the young artists and designers, ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery,  has hosted the third of its SANAT 7/24 show, opening on Wednesday January 21, 2015.

With its motto; “Art anywhere, anytime”  ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery hosted not only conceptual but also functional artworks. The opening attracted great attention guests of which included renowned artists and art-admirers such as Dr. Osman Müftüoğlu, Oya Akman, Zeynep Erol.

The exhibition, being the only example of functional art in Turkey, included such names as the prominent artist Nadia Arditti, newly-recognized young artists Emre Kantaşlı and Saba Barlas as well as the artists of the gallery; Betül Cankara, Canan Ustaoğlu, TanTaşpolatoğlu.

Founded to support the young artists and designers, ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery, is ending the year with the fifth edition of the solo exhibition series. The two exhibitions, bringing together the works of the painters Ayşe Özen and Neşe Çoğal can be viewed between December 18, 2014 and January 17, 2015.

Neşe Çoğal questioning the terms “core” and “life” in her series called “Blastokist, Like a Reborn“ by adding the human factor to the transformations of minerals, the passing from one phase to the other of the plants, the journeys of the animals in the course of nature, conveys the motion of life from the start to the end by using the integrity of nature and human.

The term, “Illusion” known as the reflection of the emotions are used here with the inspiration from the goddesses that has been symbolizing power and fertility since the day women existed and the female icons in the history of painting, Ayşe Özen adapts, the depictions that she coincides with women, to the language of contemporary art.

Taking its inspiration from prominent pieces in Anatolian History, ARMAGGAN Heritage Collection was produced in the jewelry ateliers of ARMAGGAN, with the motto “Unique by Design” in limited edition. Each piece in ARMAGGAN Heritage Collection holds a special place not only by their design but also with their stories.

The magnificient designs, created by ARMAGGAN design team after meticulous research, take their inspiration from the prominent traditions of Anatolian history from Middle Asia to Ottomans, architecture and handcrafts.

ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery is pleased to announce a group exhibition by of  works by nine esteemed Turkish artists.  “İstanbul Breeze” will take place at Bene Rialto in New York City from December 12,2014 to January 15,2015.

Bene Rialto, housed in a five-story pre-war building, brings an innovative marketplace to New York City, connecting visitors to independent fashion brands, food and art. ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery is excited about the partnership with Bene Rialto in this exhibition and bring Turkish art to one  of the world’s most important cultural hubs – New York City.

Curated by ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery’s coordinator Sanel San, “Istanbul Breeze” is collection born out of the energy of Istanbul - a city at the center of East anee West and a cultural capital for centuries. The show presents artists who combine different styles, techniques, media and lifestyles, featuring Aslı Kutluay, Meral Değer, Dinçer Güngörür, Ayşegül Kırmızı, Dilek Aydincioglu,.Camekan, Nadia Arditti, Semra Ozumerzifon, and Derya Ozparlak.

"Istanbul Breeze" exhibition is a joint project between the Turkish Cultural Foundation, a U.S. public charitable organization which promotes and preserves Turkish art and culture, and ARMAGGAN Art & Design Gallery.

The second of the “Pleasure Talks with Armaggan” series hosted a special talk with one of the prominent names of Turkish Literature; Mario Levi and Luxury Brand Consultant Özlem Güsar on Thursday November 27 at ARMAGGAN Nişantaşı Store.

Bringing traditional handcrafts that are yet to sink into oblivion to future by means of unique materials, high quality and modern lines, ARMAGGAN hosted the second edition of its “Pleasure Talks” series with the title “The values that exist and to be brought into future  from Mario Levi’s eyes”. The authentic values of İstanbul; brooches, handkerchiefs and the offering cultures were discussed. The brooch culture, a symbol of elegance in many civilizations, was investigated in company with precious stoned ARMAGGAN jewelry inspired by the fantasy world, in the talk to which distinguished guests of ARMAGGAN attended. The handkerchief culture was talked about with the embroidered handkerchiefs, a symbol of İstanbul elegance, the offerings culture that mirrors the civilizations was mentioned in company with the selected limited edition, produced with traditional techniques pieces from ARMAGGAN Objets D’art collection.

Hosting more than 75.000 visitors with its 650 artists, 3000 works, 95 contemporary art galleries from 22 countries, Contemporary İstanbul, brings together contemporary artworks from Turkey and the international art scene that are on conceptual dimensions of multidisciplinary arts, interpreting the future of contemporary art with new media.

Munnin, as he desires to be known by his anonym, stands out with the journeys he creates between virtuality and reality. Merging together more than 100 different compositions on one medium, the technical supremacy, artisan discipline and expert use of paints bring together the keys to different worlds.

Ersin Dündar, the only representative of reductive art in Turkey explains his works as brief and to the point. Using his distinct language, his works of infinite forms and various colour and textures salutes the “less is more” philosophy.

Bringing traditional handcrafts that are yet to be forgotten and introduce this tradition with today’s design by means of unique materials, high quality and modern lines, ARMAGGAN’s fall winter jewelry collection launch was attended by prominent names who had the chance to enjoy viewing the collection with a pleasant Bosphorus view.

The collection which came to life in an abstract composition by ARMAGGAN’s styling both contemporary and traditional motifs with its authentic approach, was presented by Vogue Turkey Jewelry Editor Didem Dayıcıoğlu, at ARMAGGAN Bosporus Suites in Ortaköy.

The coordinator of the gallery and the curator of the exhibition, Şanel Şan Sevinç explains the origin of the idea of having Emre Özçaylan and Emre Kantaşlı’nın together as: “Both Emre are young, excited and people who put art as the main focus in their lives. Their lives breathe with art. Emre Kantaşlı, looks for the changes on people caused by the purged cities that are sterilized by modernism. He is emphasizing the loneliness that the emptiness would cause. Emre Özçaylan is attracting the audience in the very beginning, with his mastery in the material and his subtlity in using them. With  his sculptors, that has an experimental process each, he is trying to create a net between men and animals.”
